Made to Order Items: Any made to order item has a turn around time of 4-6 weeks, although I'll always do my best to get it to you sooner. I'm a one person shop with handmade things, and I go as fast as I can! All made to order items will have "Made to Order" in the listing description so you'll know it will take longer to get it to you.

Ready to ship items: All items that don't specify that they are made to order are ready to ship. All ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 weeks or less. 

Shipping: Once items have been shipped, I have no control over where they end up or how long it takes the post office to get it to you. Refunds for lost items will not be given unless you can prove it's been lost through the post office with photos. No refunds for stolen items. Please be responsible with your packages! USPS is unfortunately a necessary evil.

Combined shipping: If I see any shipping discrepancies with multiple orders or bundles that aren't coded correctly, I'll always combine and refund you the difference!
