What do I do if the cotton cord fringe gets messed up? - if you've bought something with cotton cord fringe (keychain, earrings, or weavings) and it gets a little wonky from use or in the mail, simply comb it out on the front and back side with a fine-toothed comb and it will be good as new :)

How do I clean a woven wall hanging? - simply tap it on the back to dust. Do not ever pull at or lint roll any fiber woven wall hanging from anyone. Ever. Trust me. Tapping it off works just fine, and I've never had an issue with any weavings looking dusty or not coming clean after tapping them off.

How do I clean an embroidery hoop? -Lint roll them! Embroidery stitches are tight unlike weaving fibers, so a lint roller is your best friend here should you need it.

Do the marks come off the pre-printed pattern in your embroidery kits? -YES! All patterns are drawn in heat erasable pen. Just use a hairdryer or an iron and all the marks drawn on the fabric for a kit will disappear like magic.

How do I remove the stick and stitch paper after I sew my design?- Soak it in water and watch the fabric-like paper dissolve! Once you're left with just your embroidery, let it dry and enjoy!
